Refund for a service needs to be given in writing 7 days from when the service was performed.
If your fault is directly related to your Internet Provider – Faulty Service/Modem – TechBug is not responsible. We will charge you for the Technicians time onsite to diagnose and advise you of the fault as well as the travel to site.
Requesting a tech to attend is accepting a minimum 1 hr charge will apply.
These discounts are at TechBug’s technicians discretion. We do not get any financial compensation for this service and if you have multiple computers that need checking we will charge our normal rate plus travel if outside our normal coverage.
