Back in 2016, apple announced that they would no longer be manufacturing the iPod. In the age of do it all smart phones, the iPod no longer had a place in the market.
Rumours have it that Apple will introduce an iPhone X styled iPod. According to the rumours the device will include all the standard features bar the headphone jack and cellular connectivity. But if you ask me, I truly don’t see the point of this device.
Now keep in mind that these are just rumours, so take all of this information with a grain of salt. But if this does turn out to be true, who are the target Audience and what will the price be? If it’s anything like the iPhone’s pricing, I doubt Apple with get many buyers.
